Prof. Hugh C. Hansen Joins IP Scholars Brief in Fox News v. TVEyes (2nd Cir.)
On June 22, Prof. Hugh C. Hansen joined an amici curiae brief submitted by thirteen intellectual property scholars in support of the plaintiff in the case Fox News Network v. TVEyes, Inc., 15-3886 (2d Cir.). The case concerns the scope of the fair use doctrine in copyright law as it applies to a paid service that archives clips from television media.
