Join us for a panel discussion entitled “Transatlantic Dialogue on Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union”. The discussion will address the treatment of platform liability and injunctions against ISPs; new and upcoming EU tech regulations like the Digital Services Act and the AI Act; and developments in works of applied arts. It will also cover the contrast between EU and U.S. regulations.

The Dialogue will also introduce the publication of Eleonora Rosati’s new book, “Copyright and the Court of Justice of the European Union (Second Edition)”. 

The panel consists of Hugh Hansen serving as the moderator, alongside speakers: Robert Arcamona, Jane Ginsburg, Daryl Lim, William Patry and Eleonora Rosati.

It will be held at Fordham Law School, room: Costantino, on February 1st, 2024 from 6 pm to 7:30 pm followed by a reception.
