The Fordham IP Institute and the Chinese Business Lawyers Association hosted a delegation of distinguished Chinese IP professionals at Fordham Law School on September 19, 2014.  The Chinese delegation was comprised of high-level government officials including representatives from the Supreme People’s Court and the Ministry of Commerce. The delegation was also joined by U.S. practitioners and academics and discussed Chinese IP legislative developments. Current U.S. participants included Professor Hugh Hansen (Fordham IP Institute), Victoria Cundiff (Paul Hastings), and Mark Cohen (USPTO).
