On November 17, the Copyright Society of the U.S.A. presented the 46th Annual Donald C. Brace Memorial Lecture at Fordham University.  The year’s lecture was given by Roger Zissu (Partner, Fross Zelnick Lehrman & Zissu, P.C.) and entitled “Expanding Fair Use: The Trouble with Parody, the Case for Satire.” The event was co-sponsored by the Fordham IP Institute.
