We have been closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak both in the U.S. and abroad in relation to our Annual Conference on April 16-17, 2020.  As you might already know, companies, law firms, etc. have been barring any travel, even domestic. Many other organizations have canceled or postponed their conferences. Moreover, Fordham University has already barred individuals traveling from five countries (with probably more coming). The University, we are told, is also considering barring all conferences at some point in the not too distant future.

Under these circumstances, we cannot proceed with the conference in April. We will be closely monitoring the situation to see if there is a viable alternative date. If we can’t reschedule by June, we will cancel the conference for this year.

In any case, I would move right away to get a refund or credit on your transportation by air or train.

If you have already registered to attend the conference, your registration will automatically be valid for any future date.

For those who have already reserved a room through one of our official partners, the Empire Hotel or Hudson Hotel, we ask that you contact their sales departments to cancel your reservation as soon as possible. They have already agreed to give a full refund if you cancel by March 15th.

We thank you all for your patience and flexibility in these challenging circumstances.
