Live Webinar – Intellectual Property & Artificial Intelligence: A Survival Guide: On Thursday, October 8, 2020, our Director, Hugh C. Hansen gave a lecture on Intellectual Property & Artificial Intelligence.
In his talk, he discusses legal realism in the context of the rise of AI and its increased use in the legal field. As AI may upend the traditional role of lawyers, he argues that lawyers should utilize legal realism to help predict how all the players will act and react in the legal setting, enabling lawyers to influence the outcomes of litigation.

Three in One: Global Patent Trials (CLE) This full-day CLE program of mock mini-trials will provide an in depth and comprehensive analysis of the changing landscape of patent law and practice in Germany, Japan, and the United States of America.
