We are pleased to have Victoria Espinel, the first U.S. Intellectual Property Enforcement Coordinator, as the Friday lunch speaker at the Conference. Ms. Espinel serves in the Executive Office of the President, and is in charge of developing and implementing the IP enforcement strategy for the Administration.

Judge Chin, Google Books, and the 2011 Conference

Judge Denny Chin has issued an opinion rejecting the proposed Google Books Settlement. We will be discussing this opinion during a session of the Fordham IP Conference on Thursday, April 28.
