Judge Chin, Google Books, and the 2011 Conference

Judge Denny Chin has issued an opinion rejecting the proposed Google Books Settlement.   We will be discussing this opinion during a session of the Fordham IP Conference on Thursday, April 28.

As a result of Judge Chin’s rejection, does the public win or lose? What will happen next? What should happen? Love to get your ideas.
